My books setting is in a spaceship in space called the Genesis with artificial gravity from a thing called nyxia that can change its shape and stuff. It takes place later in the 21st century maybe around 2050 or 2060. It affects the characters because they are competing in the Genesis so it is a very competitive environment and they are very stressed out about winning the competition. Everyone has made alliances or made rivals in the competition. Some people live together and they might have a relationship or something because they are far away from the people they love.
